The U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the resumption of normal operations and the reopening of the Clerk’s office for in-person filings and inquiries beginning March 7, 2022. The Clerk’s office will be open normal business hours, Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.  More information about our reopening including visitation protocols can be found here.
