Registration for the next Litigation Academy program focusing on Advanced Deposition Skills Rule 30(b)(6) is now open! The program will take place in the U.S. Courthouse in Providence, RI from May 6th - May 8th. Since this is an advanced program, applicants should have either completed the Litigation Academy's basic deposition skills program or have experience taking depositions in their practices. The Court has amended LR Gen 203(c), directing members of the bar to renew their bar registration between June 1, 2024, and August 2024, and complete an attorney demographic survey.
