The 2013 District Conference, “Creativity and the Courts,” was held on October 10, 2013, at the Omni Providence Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island. This one-day program was open to members of the bar and offered 6.5 CLE credits. The Honorable Sandra Day O’Connor, retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, was the featured speaker.
