The Clerk's Office will be closed from Thursday, July 2, 2026, at noon through Friday, July 3, 2026, and will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2026. During this period, the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files ("CM/ECF") system will be available to accept filings and non-electronic filers may email filings in PDF form to RID_ECF_Intake@rid.uscourts.gov. Any filings received via the ECF Intake mailbox will be docketed as of the date of receipt.
