The 2011 District Conference, “Democracy and Access to the Courts,” was held on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island. This one-day program was open to members of the bar and offered 5.5 CLE credits. The Honorable Stephen G. Breyer, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, was the featured speaker.
