Citizenship Day - Naturalization Ceremony - September 17, 2015

This morning, the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island held a special naturalization ceremony at the Roger Williams National Memorial in recognition of Citizenship Day. The Honorable Patricia A. Sullivan, United States Magistrate Judge, administered the Oath of Allegiance to 20 new citizens representing 19 different countries. The ceremony also consisted of the presentation of colors by the Providence College Cadets and remarks from Adam Bergeron, Field Office Supervisor for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services; Meghan Kish, Superintendent for Roger Williams National Memorial; and John McNiff, Park Ranger for Roger Williams National Memorial.
