Frederick R. DeCesaris (1938 – September 26, 2006) was a Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island from 1973 to 1990. He also served as the Clerk of Court from March 14, 1977 to 1990.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Fred and Mollie (Rivelli) DeCesaris, he had lived in Johnston and later Cranston before moving to Florida in 1989. He was a graduate of Moses Brown, University of Rhode Island and Boston University School of Law.
