Registration for the Litigation Academy’s Expert Witness Direct & Cross Examination Skills Program is now open! This program will provide hands-on training and lectures and will take place from December 11^th – December 13^th at the Courthouse. This is a unique opportunity for participants to hone their skills questioning expert witnesses in a mock trial setting with constructive critiques by judges, experienced trial lawyers, and professional actors serving as witnesses. 12 CLE credits including 1.0 ethics credit will be available.
