Public Filers should ensure their account is ready for this upgrade. Beginning August 2, 2021, the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island is pleased to announce several staffing changes which include the hiring of three new employees that will help support and promote the Court’s mission and the updating of case management support for the Court’s District Judges.  For more information please see the following notice.

The Court has issued a new General Order Regarding Courthouse Access and the Continuity of Operations.  All visitors must adhere to one personal mitigation measure to enter the Courthouse.  The court will continue to observe several mitigation measures.  Finally there may be situations in which multple personal mitigation measures will be required as outlined in the order.  More information can be found here....
