The United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island will be upgrading its Case Management/Electronic Case Files ("CM/ECF") system over the weekend to the Next Generation of CM/ECF. Public Filers should ensure their account is ready for this upgrade. Detailed information can be found HERE. The ECF system will be unavailable from noon Friday, August 20, 2021 until 8:00 A.M. on Monday, August 23, 2021. Filers needing to submit documents during this period should email the documents to the clerk’s office at: RID_ECF_INTAKE@rid.uscourts.gov and the documents will be filed as of the date received.
