The United States District Court for Rhode Island is thrilled to announce its 2025 CLE program: Civil Rights Litigation under 42 U.S.C. 1983. This comprehensive, free course is open to all attorneys practicing in Rhode Island and offers 12 CLE credits, including 2 ethics credits. The program will cover key aspects of civil rights litigation in federal court, including:
