Registration for the Litigation Academy – Witness Cross-Examination program is now open! This program will provide hands-on training in witness cross-examination and will take place on February 23rd and 24th, 2026. The course will be an intensive two-day program to be held at the Federal Courthouse in Providence, Rhode Island. The faculty teaching the program will include federal and state judges, Roger Williams Law School faculty, and experienced Rhode Island trial lawyers. This program offers 10 CLE credits, and 1 ethics credit.
