Attorneys admitted to the Bar of this Court may request a Certificate of Good Standing or Duplicate Admission Certificate electronically using the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files (“CM/ECF”) system. To request a certificate, log into CM/ECF by clicking here, click Civil on the top blue tool bar, and then select Request Certificate of Good Standing under Other Filings.. During the request, you will automatically be directed to the Pay.gov online payment process where you may use a credit card to pay the $20 fee. Please note, Attorneys can submit a request for either certificate only for themselves using their CM/ECF login and password.
A certificate will be mailed to the address associated with your CM/ECF account unless you choose to pick up the certificate at the Clerk’s Office. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process your request. For more information about Pay.gov please click here.
