Prospective attorneys who seek admission to the bar of this Court pursuant to LR Gen 202, must complete their application through PACER

• Completed Application for Admission to the Bar 

• Current Certificate of Good Standing from the Supreme Court of the State of Rhode Island.

• Current Certificate(s) of Good Standing from any other jurisdiction where you are a member.

• Admission fee in the amount of $200.00.   

If your application is incomplete or deficient, it may delay the approval of your application.  You will receive written notification from the Court when your application has been approved.  Attorneys must take the oath of admission in person.  Attorneys who are admitted to practice will automatically be registered for electronic filing and will receive a CM/ECF user name and password by e-mail.
